The International Communication Division (ICD) welcomes panel submissions on all topics related to international communication for the upcoming AEJMC Annual Convention in Washington, D.C., August 7-10, 2023.
The deadline for panel proposals to be submitted is October 7, 2022.

Annual Politics and Computational Social Science Conference
Today we presented our research on bilingual social media spaces and the impact news organizations (Spanish-& English language) have on discourse cultures on Facebook. It is an interdisciplinary and computational project in collaboration with Drs. Lindita Camaj and Peggy Lindner at the University of Houston.

Computational Approach to Measuring Media Attention Towards Terrorism
Our interdisciplinary study on media coverage of terrorism has just been published in Mass Communication and Society. It’s a collaborative project together with Valeria Hase at the University of Zurich and Peggy Lindner at the University of Houston, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
International Seminar on Research Methods
We were invited to speak on the topic of publishing peer-reviewed quantitative studies at the AID conference in Malaysia.
